Over 23 boxes have been sent to Puerto Rico after the hurricanes and earthquakes. These boxes have run medical devices, fans, and lights. One box has almost 67 daily users to charge cell phones.

Haiti was out first country! Today, there are 20 boxes in Haiti that have created jobs for individuals to sell electricity. One box can bring a family out of poverty by selling charge to people on the street.

There are 6 countries in Africa that have Sunshine Boxes. Some of these boxes are placed in schools such that children will not miss class to go charge cell phones. Schools have seen a larger attendance rate due to having a box.
